One was a mega sized farm attraction with corn maze, monster shooting & haunted woods. Then there was a single family house that has become one of the local haunt legions. Next was an Industrial building converted into a commercial haunt with all the bells and whistles big $$ can buy. Final site was also a commercial building; this haunts group just starting out in the public haunt arena.
While I do have my favorite type of venue; I believe all 4 locations were unique, exciting and had the potential for greatness. Scares come from different places; walks down a deserted alleyway to a confirmed room to a sensory overload from light, sound & action.
Interaction with the victims, scare timing and fair pricing will always insure repeat business and happily scared customers.
After all, this is a business.
