Opening night at the Georgetown Morgue and claustrophobia rules the night. Scott Kolling and his able crew of designers have re-worked Seattle’s most popular haunt for the 2014 season. New features in the maze include low ceilings and tight turns, creating an overall effect that will have you crawling out of your skin.
The same classic haunted house themes are still there: The operating room, the slaughtered victims and creeptastic ghosts. A personal favorite is the toxic water obstacle with radioactive burbling goo and corpsified skeletons. This effect is totally unique to this a haunt and is well worth the visit.
Transitions from scene to scene are seamless. Lighting is perfect and the sets are the best of the best. You run screaming out the exit and immediately want to turn around and go through again. The Georgetown Morgue is always a good time.
